Thankful For A Wonderful November!

Because of this crazy time of the year, I have neglected to update the blog with a post.  I am hoping that my failure to blog has resulted in some wonderful holiday memories for Lauren.

We have had an amazing fall, which ended in a family filled Thanksgiving weekend.  Here are some of the highlights...

Sophie & Emily's Birthday Party (Nov. 2nd)

• Getting to spend time with Sophie, Emily and Jack!
• Playing in the bubbles/ballpit/swings!
• Birthday cake!!

                     

                     

 Oh, and how can I forget the minor meltdown over being "forced" to eat pizza!!  Such a goofy girl!  Chad and I are looking forward to the day when we can give the Bear a hard time for not liking pizza.

Kevin's Birthday Tailgate  (Nov. 9th)

• The kids stayed warm at the tailgate, by watching movies in the car!
• We were finally able to unveil Kevin's birthday gift...a true masterpiece!
• The food was delicious, and there was a LOT of it!
• Lauren went into the game with Grandpa, Mee-maw, Aunt B & Kevin (and watched the whole thing)!

           

       

                     

Lady Terps Basketball Game  (Nov. 15th)

• Dressing Lauren up as Testudo!
• Cheering for the Lady Terps against Uconn!
• Spending time with Grandpa, Mee-maw and Aunt B!
• Meeting a potential Lady Terp recruit!

                     

           

Thanksgiving 2013  (Nov. 27th - Dec. 1st)

• A LOT of family time!
• A delicious and entertaining Thanksgiving Dinner!
• Blue Dog Cafe!
• Lauren successfully slept in a big girl bed (in a room all by herself)!

It truly was a fantastic November!  The Bear was able to spend a lot of time with all of her family and seemed to have fun with all of the craziness.  I am very happy and thankful that we are able to create all of these memories together, as a family!

Of course, another highlight in November was receiving some amazing and life changing news.  But you will have to wait for the next blog post to find out more!
